First iniital  Last Initial  Middle Initial

example:  Lauren Miller Rosenfeldt would be  LRM

Couple Monogram

For a married couple, the format would typically be:

Wife's first initial   Last Initial  Husband's first initial

example:  Lauren and Garry Rosenfeldt would be LRG

Single Initial

When in doubt, it always an option to just use the person's initial for their last name.
