We at Rovis & The Bean take your privacy very seriously.  We will never sell, lease or share your personal information.

PAYMENT

We accept the following cards as payment:  Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.  You can also check out using your Paypal account.  You can safely enter your credit card info via our secure server, but if you are not comfortable ordering online, please give us a call at 773.405.1979. We available Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm CST.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Rovis & The Bean strives to give our customers the ultimate shopping experience while providing superior quality products.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately.  Returned items must be in original packaging and in their original condition.  Upon receipt of your approved return, we will issue you an exchange or store credit.  

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on custom made and personalized items, unless they are received damaged or there was a mistake on the part of the manufacturer.  Please check your spellings carefully before placing your order.

If we do need to remake a custom order due to a damaged product or mistake, customer will receive a the same exact product that was originally ordered.  

VOUCHER DISCLAIMER

When a voucher is used once, it cannot be used again, even if you are not happy with the custom product that you ordered.  For further information please contact us at info@rovisandthebean.com.

CANCELLATIONS 

Rovis & The Bean is committed to expediting your purchases as quickly as possible.  We cannot guarantee that once you place your order, that we will be able to cancel it or change it.  If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@rovisandthebean.com. We will do our best to accommodate you. 

SHIPPING

For shipping within the 48 contiguous United States, our shipping prices are as follows:

For shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can give you accurate shipping prices.  

Our products ship from many different manufacturers.  Our manufacturers use USPS and UPS to ship our products.  Please keep in mind that delivery times will be delayed closer to the holidays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do ship internationally.  Please contact us first before placing your order so we can give you an estimate of how much it will cost to ship outside the US.  

SALES TAX 

All purchases shipped to the residents of Illinois are subject to 8% sales tax.
